What do you guys think?
I need to shorten my rear driveshaft by less of an inch because its binding up in the yoke and i dont want to go spend a whole bunch of money to shorten it a lil bit. I was wondering sense the slip yoke is pushed up all the way against the transfercase if i could just trim the slip yoke down a little bit

It would only cost about 50 bucks to get it shortened and balanced. Why is it too long usually when you lift a vehicle it makes the shaft seem shorter. If you have a 8.25 rear you can get a shaft for a 35 rear. It's about 1.5" shorter.

what about shortening the shaft and adding a double cardan joint?
just a question. i have some vibe with a TC drop wedges and lower shackles so i picked up a dront shaft and ordered the POC sye.
