So my '90 cherokee has the original motor and trans mounts. Car has 200k miles and while looking at the motor mounts the driver side is torn badly right down the middle..yikes!...the passenger is not torn but looks tired as well. Could this mount be causing my car to clunk when turning or vibrating when going over 60??

There is a chance, but i think it is something else related to something in the steering/suspension. Still good to replace the bad one, pretty sure you start to experience problems under acceleration with worn mounts.

I agree probably not vibing due to your mounts, but I would replace them if they are cracked to avoid further problems. I would just use the stock replacement mounts unless you plan to spend a lot of time offroad on some difficult trails. I have the brown dog mounts with the rubber insulators as opposed to poly, and there is still an obvious difference between stock. Kind of annoying for a dd.

Replace all the mounts and see what happens. Only way to know. Hard to speculate on whether something else is wrong at this point. Go with the obvious.
I would say the left motor mount is very likely the problem. Replace it with a stock mount from AutoZone or any other auto parts store. This is a very inexpensive way to see if that is the problem. From there, you can decide what you want or need to do next.
