Default More power lock issues, they work but...

So since I don't get much answers in my other thread stating all my problems together heres a thread about just one of them.

All the power locks try to work but are to weak to actually move the lock back and fourth. I've tried spraying all the lock components with PB blaster and the locks are still pretty stiff and it didn't help the power locks.

So what do I just need new actuators? Or is there something else going on thats making the locks so stiff?

Thanks if I get any responses.

Check to see how many volts they are getting. Maybe the wire is not taking full current and that is why they are weak.

With many many many older cherokees, the actuator that locks and unlocks the doors usually just wears out and it cant perform like it used to. Time for some new ones. Also, there might be a build up of gunk and junk on the actuator itself where the rod connects to it and it just might need to be cleaned really well.
