More budget injector upgrade questions
Woah. This thread should be titled, "Do not read this thread if your IQ is less than 130". I have read every post and this is well above my competence. It appears that there are many like me who can't afford to get confused with all of the particulars and are just looking for the injector part numbers and the vehicles they came from to pull at a junk yard. Would it be possible for the authorities of this matter (COAS, and the others...you know who you are) to put together some sort of spreadsheet or something to post in the "technical/write-up" section so we all have a resource to reference? I know that makes a lot of work for people, but think of the greater good.
On a selfish level...which injectors work in a 96 HO and what can I pull them out of? Yes. I did read the entire thread. I'm just retarded.

Same as in OBDI, Neon injectors, 0280155703 , or one of the 210cc injectors with the high pressure regulator. In Renix you'll probably need changing fuel rail in order to use the high pressure regulator.
0280155703 Neon injectors and no other changes.
0280155710/700/746 and high pressure reg.+fuel rail.
The first, Neon injectors, will cost less.
The later will get better results but will cost more.

pre 96 should use the neon injectors they will maintain the correct A/F ratio when used with a High pressure FPR.
However the Ford 19lb injectors work best on a pre 96 along with a High pressure FPR.
And since 96 Switched to OBD2 the fuel pressure went to 49PSI all time (from 39) so the Ford 19lb Injectors will work Fine by them selfs because the regulator is built into the pump.......
