Default moldy wet carpet what to do

I was playing in my jeep this morning and decided to look under my back seats rug. I noticed that it was damp so decided to investigate, needless to say it got out of control and before i knew it all the rug was out and im pondering what to do. I think i found the hole that was allowing water in even tho it was covered by the seam sealer. Any idea that worked best for anyone else would be helpful but anything goes im open for ideas

If thats the only hole you got in the floor your lucky
Just cut a piece of sheet metal, grind the rust out around the hole and put some rust inhibitor on it. On mine I put some silicone around the hole and screwed it in
