Default MJ bastard pack

could i use the rear leafs from an 89 comanche to make a bastard pack for my cherokee? the MJ currently has a 3 inch add a leaf, but if i removed that and just used the factory leafs with my XJ top leaf, would i get around 3" of lift, maybe 4 at the most?

comanche leafs are longer than cherokee leafs (go figure) so if you planned on it, the Comanche leafs would possibly out length your xj leafs.... depending on which ones you use.... but yes it can be done...
if its an actual comanche add-a-leaf it would benifit becuase the leaf springs are designed for more weight so there-for you get a little stiffer suspension then you would normally after a lift

i can always cut them down a bit with my cutoff tool. but would the larger arch of the MJ spring boost my XJ pack, same as an s10 or dakota pack?
