Just like the title says, I think that I have to remove this unless it has something to do with the throttle cable which is already disconnected. it's the tube behind the electrical connector, but I don't know how to remove it for the life of me. Here it is:
thanks in advance!

researched it and followed the cable with a second person tugging on it. Turns out it's the throttle cable and it doesn't come out from the outside and you have to unhook it from the inside. Here's what I found for anyone else with the same issue http://www.lunghd.com/Tech_Articles/...eplacement.htm
while I have you guys here, any tricks to removing the transfer case linkage? It looks like kinda a PITA so I just left it for tomorrow along with the top e14 bolts.
