Default metal sleeve in bushing

is there a magical way to remove the metal sleeve in the factory bushings on the rear leafs i need one and have tried every way i can think of besides burning it out and destroying the bushing or is there a way to get a new sleeve

the bushings and sleeves are supposed to be one unit that presses into the eye of the leaf. you can burn out the the rubber or replace the unit as a whole.

No, not without ruining the bushing.
