Default Messed up big time

I own a 89 xj and replaced power steering pump , when I did I noticed two bolts were totally stripped and so the pump was vibrating and making noise. I stupidly the drilled the top bolt on the bracket through what I thought was just meatal , turns out it's part of the intake manifold I then put a bolt through and now my truck runs like hell , please help

Get the hole you drilled in the intake welded shut or replace the intake. If you have a good junkyard close a used intake might be easier and cheaper.

I welded the intake and still runs bad so I went to poking around and when I move a couple of the injector wires it clears up, I don't know if it's the wires or the seals or computer , any suggestions would be great.
