Default MAP sensor test

I've a skipping hic-cup I can't shake. 89 4.0

Tested the MAP sensor & I have 4.77 V from term C. So I reconnect & test the output V & I have 4.8 V. (engine off)

I start up & the 4.8V goes to 1.9 to 2.1 V. Is that too much out of whack?

I understand it should be .5 to 1.5V at idle. The MAP is new. Hose is perfect. No leaks.

Plugs all look just like this..........well I can't get the image to load. But they show "hot & lean". My Cat. is getting too hot also.

My FSM says 1.5 to 2.1volts with a hot neutral idle.

10 4 thanks. I'll look elsewhere. Can't find a vac. leak anywhere but it wants to hic up pretty bad. I re gapped the plugs & depending who I ask .........some say they look lean & hot others say they are perfect.
All sensors are new & check OK & I spit shined the throttle body.
