Anyone know where do lubricate manual windows so they're not so hard to roll up and down? My passenger window rolls down fine but when you try to roll it back up it feels like I'm going to break it lol. I'm not really sure how they work, but it looks like there is a big cable? that attaches to the window crank that does something to something and the window goes up. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!!

its most likely not the manual window assembly thats holding you up. Im gonna put my money on window seals. They pop right up with a little prying, there is one on the inside and one on the outside. Try removing these seals and then rolling the window up and down. If it moves freely then you need to replace one or both of these seals. If you are still having trouble with the windows even with the seals out, look for the grey track inside the door. I lubricate the side closest to the outer door skin with a dry lubricant.
BTW you need to remove the door panel first
Hope this helps
