1996 cherokee with a manual trans ax15 i think. on the passenger side theres a plug that sorta looks like it could be a fill plug on the side of the trans but its got a couple wires coming out of it and going up. whats this do? its leaking a little bit of fluid so im thinking it takes a crush washer?

ya heres a pic the wires actually go towards the engine. your looking at the right side of the trans about midway up.
