If you can find the parts in the JY prob a good bit. I'm guessing you mean doors. You would prob have to buy the doors to get the lock mechanisms and the switches and the panels as well.

why do you want power locks anyway...i love my manual locks!

My guess would be +/-$100 for parts. The PO (city) installed the power door locks on our XJ and mounted the switch on the dash, ahead of the shifter. It's not remote and nothing fancy but allows the driver to easily lock/unlock all doors with the push of a button.
