Default Manual Fan Switch on a 1995

On my 86 camaro the fan was rigged to come on with the ignition with a jumper wire. Worked for years like that. Is there a ideal method to make a manual fan override switch.

I want to be able to turn it on whenever, I also want to be able to turn it on when I shut the car off just incase I want to drop the temps before I get out.

Any suggestions...

Run a hot wire from the batt to a toggle switch then a wire back to your fan.

Would a relay be ideal? I just did the relay for my aftermarket fogs and like that I did.

Down the bottom of the page he starts talking about a second switch.
I did it this way very elegant & simple.
