Manual doors won't open

Manual doors won't open
I locked the driver and passenger doors from the inside by pushin the button as a test and now the doors won't open from the inside or outside and I have no door key but I have unlocked them from the inside they just won't open. How to fix? I really need this done, going through the backseat to get in and out is a pain haha
