Ok got the right year flywheel in and it did start for a brief second. I now have issues with the fuel pump not coming on and the fuel gauge and volt gauge are not working. I cannot find a cut or pinched wire. I am not getting any bolts to the fuel pump. What should I look at?

I'd check the wiring back from the pump and see if you can get current at any point.

You probably jostled the wiring at some point (I believe it runs on the inside of the driver's side frame rail with the lines) when you were working with the transmission/transfer-case.

You could check that there's power at the relay and if nothing else know which direction to look for the problem.
