Anyone heard about/used these?

It seems too good to be that cheap...

Well.. if you knew a little bit about Mako Off-road you would avoid them like the plague. Yes its pretty hard to screw up AAL's and spacers...

But somehow Mako can....

Mako is a well-known really lousy part of the off-road world. They prey on newbs, who go.. holy crap..a 3 inch lift for $70....

They used to sell alot on Ebay.. you can see the piles of negative feedback for them on there. For alot of the same things... missing parts, wrong parts, junk parts, bad shipments...

Now lets look at that lift you posted... Those are short AAL's, which are much worse than long AAL's for ride, lift and longetivity.

Plus the missing parts in their "kit" will end up costing you quite a bit of money. Spring clips, longer shocks, brake lines, etc. should all be part of a lift at 3".

Go for a real lift from a real company and save yourself a pile of headache and heartache later.

Is there a way of getting a trustable 3" lift on a $100 budget?
