Intake manifold isn't fully seated and is hanging up on one of the dowels. Guaranteed.
Yea cause I turn it over and the butterfly on the throttle body didn't open

Now I fixed.that issue . Now when i take it on the road it will not get up and go and just installed a brand new tps too . When i start it up it sounds like I'm leaking air from the intake or my exshaust but I sprayed starting fluid to check for leaks and got nothing any thoughts?

Any and all vacuum lines are suspect too. Did you check them?

And, did you get the TPS lever on the correct side of the throttle linkage so it moves when the accelerator is depressed?
