I have a tight underground garage that needs a lot of steering input to get around in. Getting squeaks from the steering column when turning the steering wheel to 70%-80% lock. It is kind of annoying, any way to lube the steering column?

 

My 97 did that when i bought it, mostly when cold. For me it was the firewall seal squeaking. A little lube took care of it, but i cant remember what i used. Yours may be something else, but that seal is worth a look.
