Default Lower Sway bar endlink stud

So im installing my lift and I have Rough country sway bar discos. The instructions tell me to remove the lower endlink stud (the one with the torx end on it. Well I cant get that sucker out I have tried the BFH-nothing, BFH+Punch-Nothing. I got made and took off both ends with my cut off wheel then hit it with the punch and still nothing. What should I do?

Heres a pic of it

I had the same problem.
I cut the heads off flush, then grilled and used a pully puller.
Major pain in the butt, but alittle patience paid off.

i found an easy method when i did mine;

get an angle grinder and cut it off, then grind it flush so it's smooth.
put the nut back on the bolt and give it a few cranks and it will pop right out.

didnt even need any excessive force or pb.

Good advice Master, that sounds like the best way to go about it. I'm looking at this same problem when my disconnects get here next week. I noticed the siezed bolt while doing my lift last weekend.

Same problem on my old junk. They are splined and pressed in. Mine were rusted in so bad I had to use oxy/acetylene. I would try the method above first (grind off head, then put the nut back on and start turning). You can probably work it out that way.

This is probably the best method!

What I did was take my tire off, support the bracket, and give it about a million whacks til it FINALLY came off. It took....FOREVER! It is because they are splined and it just gets really gunked up. Make sure you dont bend those brackets though. I bent one, and had to whack it back
