Default Lower rear shock mount?

Quick question. I am replacing the rear shocks on my 97 xj. I got top mounts all sqaured away with new bolts but the bottom mounts have me confused. My replacement shocks have metal sleeves in the rubber bushings but I almost looks like the metal sleeve is built into the lower mount? Or may the old sleeve is rust on so much that it looks like part of the mount. Anyway do I need to press out the new metal sleeve on the shocks?

So the old metal sleeve must be stuck on the thru bolt. Anyone know if the thru bolt is fully threaded or have a pic of what it looks like. I swear it look like all one piece. The only shock came off without metal sleeves.

Okay I'm lost. Mine look like these I pulled off the web. But the new sleeve in my shocks will not fit over this mount? What gives?
