Well, here I go. I'm hoping someone else has had this going on, I have zero trackbar play its nice and tight. I have a pulsing steering wheel while turning at low speeds. I have replaced everything while doing my 4x4 conversion, except the stupid u-joints in the front axle. I'm guessing this may be the culprit although they look newer. I can also feel popping in the wheel while parking? argh! Thanks for any info guys!

I have the 242 transfer case. I'm thinking maybe axle u-joints, when the car is off you can barely turn the steering wheel at certain spots. Maybe I'm just used to the 2wd setup? Does a 4x4 cherokee have any low speed front axle issues as far as steering wheel speed up slow down?
