Default LOW POWER

Hey everyone I need some advice. I have a 94 sport 2 door with a 4.0 and a 5 speed. I have replaced the coil, injectors, fuel pump, o2 sensor, cps sensor, pressure regulator, cleaned the throttle body and iac sensor. I've checked for vaccum leaks using starter fluid. The cat is new was replaced 02/13. I also replaced the muffler with a magnaflow. I even dumped in a can of seafoam to clean everything out. Since the seafoam i did replace the fuel filter after a tank of gas. I've taken it to emissions again. Would not pass due to lack of power on the driving trace. SO OBIE ONE any ideas? Or should i hang a for sale sign on it.

I've had a couple vehicles that had low power and the answer was to replace the cat. Easiest way to check and see if that is the answer is to temporarily disconnect somewhere prior to the cat and see if power returns.

Like i stated The cat was replaced. I did remove the distributor cap found oil under the cap. Im wondering if this could cause my problem.

Sorry, I missed that. Can't hurt to clean it up good. Wonder how oil got in there?
