Default Loud vibrations

I recently got a 4.5" lift for my 01 cherokee and when I get to 60 MPH it starts to vibrate and then when I go above 60 the vibrations increase. Any help on why it does this and how to fix it is greatly appreciated.

At minimum you need a 1" transfer case drop. Best solution is a SYE then run a front driveshaft in the rear. I just did this to my 00xj. I have the np242 so I had to do the hack and tap. If you have to do this, I would suggest getting titanium drill bits to drill the output shaft. That thing is hard as heck and it took me forever!
