does it crank ?
if yes, is there spark and fuel ?
if no, is there power on the battery ?
there are so many variables in "wont start" that if you provide a bit more info, it will be alot easyier to try help out.
good luck

this has been my culprit a few times, moisture gets in there and it will not start, or it could have ruined your CPS sensor (crankshaft position sensor). that is a plug that comes up from the transmission bell-housing on the drivers side and plugs in right around your throttle body, a 2 prong connector

it will crank as in the starter will turn the belt opened the distributor cap and i could see some moisture in it and if i try to start it i see a light under my brake light that says gen turn on

as stumpjumper said
clear out all moist from the cap. with moist there the spark will arch to a point of lower resistiance than the plug. which will leave you with no spark at the plugs

I am having the same issue. I just purchased my 95 yesterday for $500 bucks. Needs breaks and freeze plug replaced. I jumped it off to put it on the trailer. Started nice, moved around (cautious of the brakes) and had great power to get on trailer. Last night, didn't have a battery so I decided to get some of the junk off the motor. sprayed it down with green stuff, let it set for a while, then washed it off. This morning, went and bought the new battery. Installed it and nothing. I have good fuel pressure, gas. Haven't checked the distributor cap. I am going to check the distributor cap, but want do know more about crank position sensor and any checks I might do

all i did was unplug everything(i marked were everything went) and then took off the dizzy cap and the air filter that was a little wet and just put them out in the warm sun for a couple of hours put everything back and it started up IMHO i would do that before moving on to the CPS

now i have another problem i was on the highway everything fine and i see that i am in the red, i pulled over turned off the engine and waited for it to cool down but that never happend the road warrior guy tried to put water in but it was full and told me i could go home. when i got home i took off the thermostat housing changed it and its seal but im still getting 240+ on cold start i think its the actual temperature sensor

Yeah that sounds like the temp sensor. Might be a good idea to clean all your under hood connections with electronics cleaner to dry them out and then pack them with dielectric grease.
