As an added bonus, the EGR is still intact, but the vacuum line to it is plugged, and the lines to the charcoal canister are blocked of as well.

The big hose from the canister to the intake has a plug in it that i noticed this afternoon. And the vacuum lines from the fuel tank to the canister are capped at the tank.

Could these be adding to my problems?

I did try running it with the EGR hooked up correctly, but it ran way worse if it even started.
