loose tierod & dragling?

Default loose tierod & dragling?

i can move it slightly up and down with my hand..dont know if this is normal or not. the castle nuts seem to be nice and tight. im wondering if its the bushings or what?

The TRE's will let them pivot a small amount. Shouldn't be any lateral or up and down movement in the TRE's though.
