Does it make any sort of combustion noise? because if the rotor or distributor is off then some cylinders might fire on the way up and fight the starter motor. Have you tested your fuel pressure with a fuel pressure gauge?

Try some starting fluid, see if that works. If it runs without fighting itself then it's not the distributor or firing order. And then if it shuts off after a couple good seconds of running... well then we can at least narrow it down. I looked up code 12, it says no battery input to pcm during 50 starts, maybe you have a cable clipped somewhere going to the pcm? Just spit balling... sounds like your really stuck

It def reeks of gas when i try starting it. i sprayed the tb and carb cleaner in the throttle body the valve the throttle plate. I sprayed it in each plug hole. IM so stuck ive been thinking bout junking it or selling it cuz im so stumped its pissing me off if any one has any clue i will do whatever it takes to get it fixed!

Have you tried reseting your ECU?
got this from a website-
1.Disconnect the battery by removing the positive battery cable. Remember, the positive battery cable.
2. Ground the positive cable to the negative cable for 30 seconds to erase the electric charge in the capacitors.
3. Reconnect the positive cable to the battery.
4. Turn the key to on but do not start.
5. Turn the headlights on.
6. Turn the headlights off.
7. Turn the key off.
IDK bro If your battery is full and everything you checked is working it should start. Try renting a fuel pressure meter/gauge if you haven't done that.

u really need to get or rent a gauge... but just for ref it should shoot a big rush of fuel if its under pressure.. try the carb clean into the intake. take the air box lid off and shoot a bunch down the tube. go fast and try to start it.if it fires for a short bit its fuel related. check fuses and check back at the tank for a hum of the pump.. if no hum replace pump
