Sounds like bad balanced tires, death wobble, or drive train vibrations. Doubt it's just in the passenger side floor.

More info would help. Have you looked at or rode in it yet?? Are you mechanical enough to diagnose if you do? Tires all same? One worn bad?
Death wobble doesn't dissapear with increase in speed.

Had the exact same problem on the 89 I bought.

Changed the front axle u-joints and the issue went away. Of course, the Jeep I bought had been sitting for quite a while and it's possible that the tires simply needed some running.

I'm leaning toward axle replacement though. And while you're down there, check tie rod ends, ball joints, track bar bushings, slop in wheel hubs, etc.

Good luck.

Talked to the guy again said it might be the tie rods but I'll check all that stuff thank you guys for your input this probably the most helpful forum I've been on yet but the jeep is lifted so could the lift make it shake to an if it is the axle how hard are those to redo I've never done one an if it the axle what can I put in it to make it alittle more heavy duty cus I'd like to some light trail riding but still daily drive it

Axle U-joints are pretty easy.

The biggest pain in the butt is getting the wheel hub assembly off. To make that process easier be sure to soak the rusty hardware with pb blaster every day for a week or so. Once the hub assembly is off its a simple matter of pounding out the old U-joints and putting new ones in.
