The Skinny:
96 XJ 4.0L NP242
Wanting to retain NP242

Lift in research:
4.5"

Rims in research:
15x8 @ 5 x 4.5"

Tires in research:
32x11.50

www.roughcountry.com. Cheapest quality lifts out there. Also check out Kumho KL71's for tires

yup a RC 4.5 should do it! me personally on tires is some general grabber at2s

For AT tires I would say either Bridgstone Dueler A/T REVOS or 695s, treadwrights, or Dayton Timberline AT/AT2

My research has lead me to RC's 4.5" X series. The rims I feel that I am going to purchase are Mickeys, and considered sticking with the Mickey brand for rubber. Here is where I am having serious research and self conflict on decisions lol. I really like the Mickey Baja Claw radials and the S.S. Thornbirds; however I am open to suggestion and opinions are more than welcome.
