looking at a jeep cherokee limited with 214000 miles

its a 2000 loaded everything works with leather body is real nice no rust except on the bottom of the doors just starting.. hes asking a 1000 should i buy it? or is 214000 not trust worthy..

Engine: 4.0L with throttle body spacer and cold air intake, bored throttle body, #784 injector upgrade

For the price I would consider how well it runs. No strange noises? No major leaks? For me I might consider it but when was or has the transmission been rebuilt? Just my two cents.

sounds like a good buy my 90 has 210000 on it with barely any oil pressure and is still kicking

depends on your intent for the rig, imo. is it going to be your DD? or is this an offroad bound rig? If a DD, check when all maintainence was done last, what is original and such. If it is offroad bound, then just make sure most is intact and enjoy having creature comforts on the trails, lol. the $1,000 is just a down payment on the mods anyways.
