Ahh. I was thinking if you actually liked the Jeep then a Cummins 4BT swap would be in order lol.
If it's not just engine problems I have to ask... what do you plan on doing to get rid of the vehicle? Or is it not so bad that you'd be able to sell it? Also are there lemon laws down there? (in my jurisdiction you're basically screwed)

Well here I am again. I eventually sold that JKU and ended up with a loaded '15 Rubicon. Stupid decision!! On 37's now and have $55K invested. Did I say how stupid that decision was?? I'm going to take a bath on the Rubicon, but I would rather wheel a $10K vehicle than a $55K. I love the Rubicon, but I rarely take off road and when I do I don't want to break stuff so it's pretty boring. Anyways I'm back in the market for an XJ and I'm trying to sell my Rubicon which is proving difficult at the moment. I have found 3 pretty good '00-01 XJ's that are well taken cared of but they are asking too much right now. I know those aren't the desired years. I'm thinking a small 2-3" lift with 31's or 32's and some Bushwacker flat fenders. I've never rode in a lifted XJ so not sure what to expect. I'm guessing similar to a JKU. Thoughts??
