Its not a terrible deal i guess. Last March I paid 5400 for my 01 with 50kmi and that wasnt exactly a super bargain either though.

dude, it's definitely the linkage. my XJ was owned by my mother in law from day one and it had never seen 4lo before i got in it. the TC usually leaves me in neutral when i think i'm in 4lo. it feels like a slight slip/grind, but then i put the tranny back in N and put the TC back in 4lo and it works fine.
