Default longer sway bars connects
if I am getting a 4 inch lift will I need longer sway bar connects?

Your lift kit should come with longer sway bar links or sway bar drop brackets.

yes you will need something, there are some right uos somewhere on homebrew quick diconnects

i've heard that f-150 sway bar connects fit is that true and if so what year do I need to get them off of?

if it is a daily driver get the jks quick disconnects if not just pull the sway bar
