Hey Guys, so my 97 cherokee is taking a long time to start and cranking for upwards of 30 seconds before starting. first try it takes a long time but if you stop turning it starts right up on the second try. i think its just a low presure to the rails but want to know if anyone found something ele that caused this low presure other than a faulty/dieing fuel pump?
Bad check valve, part of the assembly back in the tank.
Turn the key ON, count to 5, turn it back off. Repeat. Then start.
That'll re-pressurize the fuel line and stop the problem.
