I went outside to check out my Jeep just had to look at it. And when I look under it I notice this... I put it back on but it will not go on like other side going to look at it tomorrow. Did it even matter that it was not on it?

Im not 100%, but I think that those wrap arounds are just to keep the leaf from distorting side to side. I dont think it would cause a problem unless the wrap was not on the other side of the same leaf either. I know for sure that on chev springs they are only for keeping them from going side to side, just not 100% on the jeeps. I personally wouldnt be worried about it tho, seems like there are always more pressing matters on my jeep then a leaf spring wrap, lol...

Easy enough to where you should do it, lol. Its just two small bolts up top and One nut on the bottom.. And with how small that lift is, you might be able to run stock shocks that you could find at a JY, id ask around before taking my word on that though..

Im running the Rustys shocks that came with my 3 inch lift, and I have no complaints about how they ride. No matter what shocks you use its going to be an improvement. I dont have any experience with any other shocks on my XJ other then the rustys so I would explore your options before purchasing, but just in case here is the link. Also I just noticed your break lanes are extended as all ****! If I were you I would grab a break line extension bracket, or get a YJ break line from vato zone and bleed the breaks, not going to be fun when those break and you rear end someone...

Wouldn't worry too much about the spring clamps as long as you still have one on the leaf. On a side note I'd get rid of those blocks as fast as possible before you break one and the axle goes flopping around and does some real damage.

What do the blocks even do are they just there to add more lift. How would I go about taking those off looks like a lot off pressure is on them. As for the brake line what should I do to make sure it is not going to go anywhere. Now the tires will soon be brand new BFG KM2 depends on what problems need fixing.

I was going to say something about the tires but thought I'd be nice. The block is a cheap way of lifting. Steel ones are barely OK but the aluminum ones distort, crack and break and then you have a gap between the axle and spring and the axle will just go wherever it wants and the tire will eat the fender. Shackles are a better choice and of course springs with more arch (lift) would be the best option.

Yes the blocks just add more lift, and like I was saying, just buy a YJ rear brake line and re bleed the brakes and you will be good to go, but if you remove those blocks, you will no longer need to replace the brake line because it wont be extended from not having the lift that those blocks are adding...

So it would pretty much be like buying a new lift. Those blocks are steel so could I hold off on getting rid of those for awhile.

Feel free to hold off on it, but you should go check your rear brake line and make sure its not as over extended as it looks like in the pictures. Imagine running over a pot hole with your rear left tire, and over extending that break line, causing it to snap, thus you would then have no breaks. DOWN SHIFTING FOR THE WIN! lol.
