Default little help with headlights

I recently unhooked the battery to bring it in out of the cold one night and when I plugged it back in the headlights wouldn't come on.

Any idea what this might be?

blew the headlight switch? You probably took the battery off wrong.

when removing battery, negative first, positive first for installing
