My cherokee has a limited slip. I noticed this last winter that when in 4 wheel drive, when I let off of the gas the cherokee would slide sideways out of control. It acts like engine braking. Is it possible for the clutch's in the rear end to be sticky and not releasing properly?? Maybe the previous owner didn't add the special additive?

 

The clutches are always grabing/griping......they slip (grab/ grip less) when in a turn.
