theres a cheap 3 tab bar the quadratec has

 

i havent been able to find that one on there site in a couple months, your talking about the bumper mount right? got a link?

I remember seeing it in the quadratec fall catalog but now when I went to look for it I could only find this one that is suppose to be for a wrangler bumper. The one I saw back in fall though was exactly the same as this one from the same company I beleive. But if you can't find another one you can just buy this one for $40 and just drill yourself holes on the bumper.
