About two years ago I put my 4.5 RC lift on my XJ. When I did the stock leafs wear sagging pretty bad, but the passenger side was a little worse then the drivers. After the lift, the passenger side was still a little lower then the drivers side.
Well now its gotten worse. When I put the lift on it was about an inch difference. Now there is about 2 inches difference between the passenger side and drivers side.
The only thing I can see thats different between the two is the passenger side shock looks like it took a hit from a rock and has a dent in it.
Anyone have ideas on why I have this sag? Could the 4.5 leaf already be bad?

Was it just a AAL that u installed or was it all new springs packs AAL will sag typically after a year since if you have sagging leafs all the weight of the lift is now on just on that AAL.
If you want to keep it cheap just get new AAL there not that pricey but if the 4.5" kit came with brand new leaf packs then that shouldnt be sagging already and i would look for something else wrong with the suspension.

Being Rolled counts as being wrecked. Have you tryed swapping the springs side/side? Uni-body might have twisted in the Roll. Is the lift full-packs or AAL?

X2. you would be amazed how the unibody flexes. just the other day i put my front right tire on an 8 inch incline and tried to open my back hatch, it stuck a little and then it would not close. normally i have no issues on flat ground. Seeing that it has been rolled there is a good possiblity that something was tweaked.

It was a very gradual roll... Only broke one window and a mirror... Frame measured square after...
Ok, I will try swapping them when I get a chance and see if it makes a difference...
If the frame is tweaked, best way to fix it other then to roll it to the other side...
