Default lift/tire question

Hey guys! I just bought a 96 cherokee sport that is my daily driver. It has the 4.0 HO engine, chrysler 8.25 rear end with 3.55 gears. I want to do a 3 to 3.5" lift. With this lift height could I keep everything else stock? How big of tires can I run with this setup without sacrificing much power or mpg's? I am not planning on doing extreme offroading/rock crawling etc. just want a good hunting/fishing rig.

Go with 31's. There not too big and they're not to small either. They also won't hurt your mpg that much.

Rustys, Full Traction, Rubicon Express, Rough Country

the underlined ones are the cheaper ones but still good.
