Default lift springs

Im building my own suspension and was wondering if anyone knows where I can get a set of springs with 7 inches of lift without buying a whole kit

I want about a 5 in lift but I have a 360 in my xj and it rides about 2 in lower in the front with stock springs so I figure 7 in lift should do it

Depends on the spring rate. alot of aftermarket springs are stiffer than stock so a 7" spring would get you about 6" of lift. Personally I'd get some 4.5" springs and an ACOS system.

I was just reading that some stock f-150 springs will give an xj 2 inches,I think im gonna start looking for f-150 springs with a 4 inch lift and see where it ends up.

I understand what you are doing. Better plan on some long arms and high steer for that as well if you want it to work right. That is what I did.

Yo can buy suspension components from most of the major manufacturers. You can get SkyJacker springs from Summit Racing, Rubicon Express springs from RE. Any of the others you can get through 4 Wheel Parts.

trans is a chrystler 727/np229 tc and the motor mounts are homade. They arent pretty but there tough.

Anybody have any good ideas on the radiator without dropping a grand on a custom radiator?

Three core XJ rad with two electrical fans, and some hood louvers My old FSJ with a worked 360 ran pretty cool, around 180.

Are you planning on headers? I hate the look but might have to wrap them up.
