Default Lift removal questions...Is it worth the effort

Ok my Jeep (3" coil spacer + 1" body lift stock shocks) is a daily driver automatic 4 cylinder, its a slug at speeds over 65mph! I am thinking about removing the lift to save gas mileage and improve the drive as I do all freeway driving, so.......

....Will removing the coil spacer lift noticeably increase gas mileage?

....Will I be able to go noticeably faster without the lift (less drag)?

in other words would it be worth going through the effort to remove it
