Rough Country. If you really want more height, coil spacers and shackles would work. Add a leaf would also work but you are increasing the spring rate and roughening the ride.

If you do go higher, it would be wise to invest into long arms, or possibly Rough Country's drop brackets:

I think even at my small little about 4" of lift I am considering the drop brackets just to smooth out the ride..

So if I went with the drop brackets and with the longer arms, would I be able to go ahead with the 2inch raise in the front and rear? Or would I be better off going with a completely new lift setup? Thanks for all your input guys

This is an either/or situation. If you go with long arms then you can go as high as about 8" or if the decision is drop brackets it will allow you to get about 6" of total lift but you can't do both. They are different set ups and won't work in conjunction with each other. In fact I think the long arms require you to remove the control arm buckets that are then in the way.

Yep if you ever think you want to go to that 8 lift then long arms are the way to go..Me I am as high as I want to go and I'd like to smooth the ride out so I am thinking drop brackets and adjustable CA's. Would give me a better ride at a price I can afford without much modification. Rough Country and RockyRoad both sell solid kits for around the same price point.

So if I went with just the drop brackets could I still use the control arms that I have right now?

Yes as long as they are long enough. The only the the drop brackets do is bring them back down to an angle that's more in line with what the stock angles were.

You think the drop brackets will work with 4"? It states 4.5" but maybe it would work?

That's rough country but I talk to them and they only say 4.5" because it's meant for their 4.'5 kit and up...so folks with the 3" kit won't buy it..Their 3" kit is almost dead on 3".. Anywas rocky road sells a kit and it is geared towards 4" and taller..So since my lift sits at 4.5" rear and just shy of the front I should be ok..once I add the 3/4" front spacers the front will be level with the rear and both will sit at about 4.5" and I should be all good..

So they only say 4.5" because it's made for that kit but will it work for 3"? From what i see in pictures of it with jeeps at 4.5" is the control arms are still at a slight angle so maybe with 3" of lift, the arms will be perfectly parallel with the ground, like stock.

No it won't fit a 3" kit what I meant is they label it at 4.5" because they don't sell a 4" kit and they don't want those buying the 3" kit to order it by mistake..

Anyways I talked to Rocky Road and theirs will work with a 4" + lift.. At 4" the CA angles should be fairly close to stock, as you get higher the angles increase..My CA's are at horrid angles..hence why I am considering the drop brackets..

Gotcha. I'm at almost 4" up front and was considering these brackets. I'll probably go with RR but wondering if they improved their Customer Service and shipping times lately...

Ok thanks. I was just reading their webpage on the drop brackets. Pretty informational and.....convincing. Price ain't too bad. Shipping is almost $30 which is quite high IMO. I'll call em up and see if they can get me an ACTUAL shipping cost because most other sites says $16 for shipping on drop brackets.
