Default Lift questions

So I was thinking about either a 4.5 or a 6 inch teraflex lift. If I go either of these any mods I have to do like brake line extensions or driveline have to mess with ? Just curious seeing what I want as I am trying to get some prices down. What else for a decent trail vehicle ? Looking at tires would I go with a 17" rim for bigger tires cause I can find a lot under 17, but there are some under 15 as well. Just let me know going to be doing this not to far from now. What is difference between add a leaf pack and spring kit pack TIA

Totally by preference, 4.5 is what I'm looking at getting for the xj, 6" is nice but mines a daily driver so i dont have to deal with the Height B.S. And The Stock 15" gets me around just fine. lol

The Terefex long arm suspensions have lower long arms, but have short arms that attach to the stock frame brackets. If you are going to get a long arm kit, get one with upper long arms also.

YOu will need an SYE and new drive shaft. The stock yoke won't handle 6"

Ok well maybe a 4.5 will have to do for now. Got to get rims and tires wither the build. Can you fit 35's with some trimming ? As I found a1984-01 Jeep XJ Cherokee 4.5" X-series Long Arm Suspension for $1099.95 or 4.5" System [w/rear springs] $1199.95
