Default Lift question, saggy rear.

I put a 3" Rough County lift on a few months ago, full kit, shocks and AAL. The rear is saggin again, not bad, but when I have a full tank of gas and a couple of friends in the back, the 31" rub in the rear. I would like to raise the back.

My question,

Can I just put a 1.5" Rough Country budget lift on the rear with the AAL, or should I buy a 3" full leaf pack.

I want the whole XJ a little taller, hoping to put the BB lift alway around, with the already installed 3".

Will I have problems? Will I need a SYE?

Thanks guys.

I put an extra 1.5" on the rear of mine with the same setup probably a month after the lift went on. Didn't have problems back then. Have since added 2" front and rear and now I have probs with a shimmy on the hiway. All said and done I've got more in the suspension than I paid for the truck and the brown santa keeps bringing me more and more.

If money is tight AAL but it will sag after awhile. Full leafs are the way to go.

If the rear is already sagging after the first AAL then why add another AAL? Instead of covering the problem up fix it and get full packs. It will save you a lot of headache down the road.

Long username is extremely long.

And +juan to new leaf packs.

Depends on what your budget is, many companies offer them.

Thanks guys, I think the full leaf pack may be the way I am headed. I like the way the XJ looks now, but it needs better rack and the *** up.

Anyone need 3" AAL springs?

Better yet, anyone looking to get rid of a 3.5" full leaf pack?
