Short answer: Yes.
Depending on which RC kit you have.. One of their 4.5" systems comes with shackles already I believe, so if that's the case, adding different shackles in the rear won't do much for you.
As with installing a lift for the 1st time, be prepared to have to get new shocks, control arms, brake lines, etc.

I have the 4.5 inch lift in already with rear springs and it did come with shackles. Would the 1.5 or 2 inch shackles make a difference? I just wanted to add a few more inches of lift and thought the 1.5 inch shackles would help out a bit.
