Out of those 4 I would go with #4 you can use stock shocks it may ride harsh but you could live with it. Really best bang for the buck is the rough contry 3 inch lift new front springs with long aal and new shocks for 300.00

you would need new shocks with the second one and i wouldnt recommend getting shackles with stock leaf springs
if $$ is a problem this rustys with a full length aal would be one of your beat options

Im not trying to start anything but didnt someone on here say that add-a-leafs are horrible and shackels are better? Why is it bad to run shackels with stock leafs?

aal wear out over time, the full length ones are better than the short ones.
the shackles cause more strain on the leafs and could cause them break or mess up.
somebody correct me if im wrong...

for 150 bucks your best bet is to bastard lift it, just my opinion though.

Just save your money and get something you will be happy with. Kinda like buying walmart particle board furniture. It looks great for about 3 months then it breaks or warps and just looks like crap and you are back where you started.

Save and do it right the first time. The jeep is very capable stock I have seen it do some crazy stuff with no lift so just wait till you have the money.

makes it sound bad that for 2 inches i will spend $1050 then still need to replace more parts down the line

I just threw some 31s on my stock '91 xj and if all goes well this sunday during some light mudding I'm going to order some procomp shocks at cost threw my work and this 2" or 3" kit. I still haven't decided yet, but I'm getting the shocks regardless since this beast has over 220k on her!

I heard rustys make good stuff but if i buy that kit it would only lift my XJ about 2 inches, but if i buy one of the ebay 3 inch kits its cheaper and more height. Should i just buy the rustys one for more money and less lift or the ebay one for more lift and less money?

rustys is more but is a known name and has full length aal's

the ebay gives more lift but is most likely china crap and will break it a few weeks-months plus youd need new shocks

Those first 2 kits look pretty bad looks like they just stuck 2 coil spacers together. I wouldnt trust those. I would look into the bastard pack or the Rustys kit
