Lift height?

Lift height?
So, I would love to install a 6.5 inch lift kit, and have 35 inch tires, but I live in michigan and the law states that the bottom of the frame has to be under 24 inches off the ground. Does anyone have a 6.5 inch lift and 35's or up in tire size that they could go measure for me? I would love to know what I could go up to.
