I'd be leery of wheeling 35's on that locked D35 rear end. If you wheel as hard as you say you do, you will break shafts, and possibly your Detroit. If you're serious about 35's I would consider an axle swap... XJ D44, 29 spline 8.25, or Ford 8.8 would all be much better choices. Everyone I know who's wheeled hard on a D35 with 35" tires and a locker has broke and eventually upgraded. Just a thought.

Been through welding 18 weeks of nothing but welding and torch cutting. Never modded parts for a vehicle but I have welded support plates for building and support brackets for escalators. The only diff is the metal i'm used to it a WHOLE lot thicker then metal for a vehicle lol
